Verified beneficiary evidence, s18A receipt references and an audit trail frozen at receipt, in the form a SANAS agency accepts. Whether a given contribution is recognised stays their test to apply; what changes is that your evidence survives it.

The Social & Ethics Committee pack, AGM-ready

The committee carries a statutory duty under Companies Act Reg 43(5) to monitor social and economic development and report to shareholders. The same rail produces that report. There is no second data-gathering exercise.
