The paying tier

Four artefacts, off one rail.

A corporate is asked to prove its social spend three times over — by a B-BBEE verifier, by its own Social & Ethics Committee, and in its integrated report. Today that is three separate assembly jobs off the same shoebox. This is what the licence hands you instead.

A B-BBEE SED evidence pack a verifier can work from

Verified beneficiary evidence, s18A receipt references and an audit trail frozen at receipt, in the form a SANAS agency accepts. Whether a given contribution is recognised stays their test to apply; what changes is that your evidence survives it.

The Social & Ethics Committee pack, AGM-ready

The committee carries a statutory duty under Companies Act Reg 43(5) to monitor social and economic development and report to shareholders. The same rail produces that report. There is no second data-gathering exercise.

The social pillar of your integrated report

Beneficiaries reached, programmes delivered, cost per outcome — mapped to GRI 413, IFRS S1 and the JSE Sustainability Disclosure Guidance, each line traced back to a source record rather than a photograph of a handover.

A live view of every organisation you fund

Each one scored continuously, with what it still needs to close. You see where the money went and what it bought while it is happening, not once a year in a PDF from the grantee who had time to write one.

One evidence rail, three reporting duties, no re-work. And because the same rail runs continuously rather than ending when a report is filed, you are looking at your position all year instead of discovering it at verification.

Founding Funder3 seats

40% off your tier, held for 3 years.

First three funders only. The tier moves with your portfolio, so growing the book never costs you the rate.

On the ladder above that is R27 000 a year on Evidence Pack and R150 000 on Portfolio. The rate is what is held, not the ceiling.

Create a funder account

The account is free and shows you your own position — obligation, deployed, and how much of it is currently provable. The licence buys the remedy and the artefacts, not the diagnosis.

One optional layer, and it never touches funding.

Running a club is not the same job as getting a club funded. The second one is free forever. The first one has a paid convenience layer, and the line between them is enforced in code.

The funding and compliance rail

Compliance register, evidence vault, Impact-Readiness Score, funder matching, programmes and outcomes, s18A receipts, consent and safeguarding records, the public proof page. Everything a funder asks to see, and everything that moves the score.
Free, permanently

Club Ops Suite — the day-to-day convenience layer

Fixtures, events and the calendar, parent and member comms, coaching tools, document control, member approvals, licences, transfers and season registrations. Optional, cancellable, and never on the path to funding — a club that never pays a cent reaches Gold on exactly the same terms. Annual: R2 990 — two months free.
R299/mo

The member roster and public self-registration stay free even inside the Ops Suite, because that data is the verified-beneficiary pipeline — the thing the whole funding rail depends on. Charging for it would break the model at its foundation.

Bring us one budget you are already committed to spending.

Thirty minutes. We will take one of your funded organisations through the rail end to end — readiness, the evidence behind it, and the pack your verifier would receive.
