By accessing or using ComplyOS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
ComplyOS is a compliance management platform designed for South African sports clubs, federations, and provincial bodies. It provides tools for member management, document tracking, compliance scoring, and communication.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
ComplyOS operates on a subscription basis. Fees are charged per club per month as set out on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed through PayFast and are subject to their terms of service. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include: uploading false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, reverse engineering any part of the service, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyOS and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked. You may export your data at any time during your subscription. We retain data for 90 days after termination before permanent deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
